Well, a couple of things. Any one who doesn't know shouldn't be on team.


So let's "assume" the player knew. He just made a mental mistake. You can't predict them unless they hap[pen often. I have no idea about this player. If he had a pattern of stupid base running he should either be on the bench, or at least reminded of the situation (as said elsewhere).

I sure as heck can't pin it on the Head Coach.
